Northern Lift Trucks is now actively seeking to recruit a highly organised individual to fulfil the role of Service Administrator.

The Role

This role is based in our Ballinderry office.

Monday – Friday, up to 40 hours per week but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the Service Administrator is the first point-of-contact with the Product Support Department and being a customer facing role the Service Administrator must be articulate and well presented.

On a day-to-day basis, this includes:

  • Being the first point of contact for all face to face and telephone enquiries.
  • Answering departmental emails and responding to general queries.
  • Taking calls/emails and logging jobs.
  • Communicating parts ETA’s and backorder recovery for open jobs.
  • Updating our internal database to reflect the status of jobs, including job stories, photos and timesheets.
  • Preparing jobs for closing.
  • Booking machine access with clients.
  • Updating customers with the status of jobs.
  • Co-ordinating machine viewings for Sales.
  • Issuing and recording of PPE and consumables.
  • General office administration tasks.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
